1. The Service
Charmist provides AI-generated suggestions for messages, conversation openers, bio copy, and dating coaching content. Output is generated by automated systems and is intended as inspiration, not personal or professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Charmist. By signing up, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
3. Payment & Access
- Charmist plans are sold as one-time payments. No recurring charges, no auto-renewal.
- Your card is charged once, for the plan you select, and you get lifetime access to that plan's features.
- The charge appears on your statement as "Charmist".

4. Money-back Guarantee
If you do not notice any progress within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting support with the details of your account. Refunds are evaluated in good faith and are not granted for accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Charmist to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm others. See our Acceptable Use Policy for specifics.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
You own what you upload (screenshots, text). We do not claim ownership of your content. AI-generated responses are provided to you for personal, non-exclusive use. The Charmist brand, software, and designs are ours.
7. Disclaimer
Charmist is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about dating outcomes, response rates, or relationship results. You are solely responsible for how you use the suggestions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charmist and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
